Origin Story

The Union Kitchen Collective LLC. was started as an opportunity for food entrepreneurs. We welcome all who are interested and eager to start/expand their food based business. The UKC can be the next step for you: whether it is simply a need for a commericial kitchen or you are looking for help starting your new food business- let us help! A shared-space kitchen model allows for small food entrepeneurs to share the financial and start-up costs amongst other food based startups.

How it works:

Send us your information! Click on the application link so we know that you are interested. We will take a look and determine if your business will fit the space, if it will work with the other businesses already present in the UKC, and also whether your desired time of day production request is available.

We will contact you after your application is reviewed. Next is an in-person interview and then we let you know whether or not you have a spot within the UKC.
